OUR STORY
SOpsly was founded in 2020 by Saša, Mikaël and Tatjana. The three of us met at LinkedIn and share a common passion for technology, customer value and data.
From our diverse backgrounds, we bring a wealth of experience in solving complex business problems and partnering with senior leaders to optimize and scale organizations.
At SOpsly, we are strong advocates of Agile and we use an innovative project delivery framework that promotes collaboration, agility and results; helping us achieve our mission.
Meet the team
We are a team of proven Sales Strategy and Operations professionals with over a decade of experience. We are passionate about delivering customer value, deriving meaningful insights from data, and questioning status quo.
Mikaël minvielle
For more than a decade, Mikaël has been helping customers interpret data and deliver actionable insights for faster decision making. In his previous role, Mikael lead sales operations in EMEAL at LinkedIn’s global clients program and is a former financial consultant with EY.
Saša Marjanović
8 years ago, Saša started his career in Engineering and Product Development and transitioned to Sales Strategy and Operations in 2017 when he joined LinkedIn. Since then, he has worked on multiple high-profile projects transforming the GTM strategy.
TATJANA MARJANOVIć
Tatjana has a background in Organizational Psychology. She brings years of experience in Analytics and Operations. She started her career in Research, and most recently she worked at LinkedIn in Customer Success and Operations roles.
